Workmanship Warranty
The Contractor (StormFront Construction LLC) warrants to the original owner that subject to the condition and limitation of this limited warranty:
StormFront Construction LLC workmanship will withstand ordinary wear and tear by the elements and will be free of defects which affect the ability to maintain the repairs in a water tight condition for five years .
The 5 (Five) year warranty shall commence on the date of completion of contracted repairs. This warranty applies only to StormFront Construction LLC labor and materials installed in accordance with local building codes and manufacturers recommended specifications. Defects in materials are not covered by the warranty and are subject to manufacturer warranties.
StormFront Construction LLC sole responsibility of this limited warranty is the repair or replacement at StormFront Construction LLC option of that portion of materials that contains workmanship defects caused by ordinary wear and tear by the elements that have resulted in a leak.
The following warranty is for your home's new roof. Please Read Fully. Exclusions of Warranty:
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from or in any way attributable to
(a) leaks due to neglect or improper maintenance including, but not limited to, non-cleaning of debris from roof surface, valleys, downspouts, gutters, pressure washing, overhanging trees, etc.
(b) natural disasters including, but not limited to, windstorms above 65 mph, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, mold, dry rot, lightening and any other sever weather or natural phenomena,
(c) Insects, termites or any other animal,
(d) maintenance and correction of conditions other than installation labor and those sections not included in the original replacement such as skylights, wall flashings, etc.
(e) Penetration of the roofing system due to rising nails,
(f) Interior water damage below the roof surface caused by workmanship under this limited warranty and or workmanship not covered under this limited warranty,
(g) Any leaks due to the installation of any roof mounted equipment installed or not installed by StormFront Construction LLC.
(h) Mold, fungi, or interior damage caused by or resulting from work in process, or a roof leak,
(i) Damage due to settlement, distortion failure or cracking of the roof deck, foundation or walls of the building.
Action required In the event a workmanship issue should occur, the property owner shall notify StormFront Construction LLC by calling (440) 318-5314 or writing to the office by email (Listed below). Just be sure to notify us promptly. A representative from StormFront Construction LLC will gladly come and inspect the claimed workmanship issue to assess the situation. If the damage falls within coverage as stated above, StormFront Construction LLC will arrange for repairs to be made at no cost to the property owner. In the event that the claimed issue is not covered under the terms of the limited warrant, a proposal will be made for repair costs.
Disclaimer: The statements in this Warranty constitute the only warranty extended by StormFront Construction LLC for its workmanship.
NO OTHER WARRANTY SHALL BE MADE BY OR ON BEHALF OF StormFront Construction LLC, StormFront Construction LLC shall have no obligations under this limited warranty without the property owner's acceptance signature and the return of a signed copy within 90 days of the completion date.
